Shipping Policy

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Body Mesh may take up to 4 business days to process your order (business days exclude weekends and holidays).
Once the order has been processed and shipped from the warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

International deliveries can take 2–14 weeks, depending on your country’s customs process and local postal services.
Body Mesh is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by your country. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Once your package leaves the warehouse and is handled by the postal carrier, tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours, roommates, or your property manager.
Body Mesh is not responsible for lost packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
For missing or delayed packages, please contact your local postal service or customs office directly.

Body Mesh does not cover lost or stolen packages once they are in the postal carrier’s possession.
Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may occasionally be delayed or inconsistent.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or shipping restrictions for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
