Return Window

  • You can request a return within 14 days of the delivery date (based on tracking). After 14 days, returns aren’t accepted. 

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be

  • Brand new and unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Odor-free

  • With original tags attached

  • In the original packaging
    Items that are worn, washed, or not in original condition will not be accepted. 

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

  • It’s recommended to use a tracked shipping method so you have proof of return shipment.

Refund Details

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    Example: If you paid $35 total with $5 shipping, you’d get $30 refunded after approval. 

How to Request a Return

Email support@bodymesh.com with: 

  • Full name on the order

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Allow 3–4 business days for review. After approval, they’ll send instructions on how to complete your return. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved
